Corporate Membership Terms and Conditions

The International Parking Community is an Accredited Trade Association in the Private Parking Sector offering a fresh and dynamic approach to the industry, striving to promote a fair balance between the landowner/parking operators and the motorist. The points below set out the requirements of Corporate Membership of the IPC and what is expected of you during your membership. As a member of the IPC you will be displaying our logo and representing our high standards of compliance, as such we require high standards of all of our corporate members so as to maintain the professional image of our Accredited Trade Association.


Membership Requirements


  1. To maintain and protect the image and reputation of the IPC and to promote the interests of the IPC.
  2. To promote high standards of professionalism within the industry and act in accordance with good business practices.
  3. To ensure that your company complies with any legal requirements and operates ethically.
  4. To act with honesty and with integrity.
  5. To provide a high level of service to your customers.
  6. To operate their business from established premises and follow health and safety practices in line with current legislation.

Application and Compliance


  1. The Corporate Membership Application Form must be completed in full and submitted with the appropriate membership fee.
  2. The membership fee must be paid annually in advance.
  3. Your application, once approved, will allow you access to the IPC web site and all the benefits of membership.
  4. The IPC retain the discretion to terminate or suspend membership without notice.
  5. You agree to comply with the Membership Requirements which may be changed without notice.
  6. All IPC logos and other intellectual property remain under the ownership and control of the IPC and must be used only where expressly permitted by the IPC and removed immediately if membership ceases or upon request by the IPC.
  7. You must not allow your IPC system login details to be used by, or disclosed to, any other person.
